The eligible fields of study are as follow:
Science and Technology:
- Biology and Health
- Ecological transition
- Mathematics and Digital sciences
- Engineering sciences and engineering
Human and Social sciences:
- History, french language and civilization
- Law and political science
- Economics and Management
- Duration of funding

The requested funding duration may be:
- 12 months for enrollment in M2 (second year of a Master's program)
- 24 months for enrollment in M1 (first year of a Master's program)
- 36 months for enrollment in an engineering degree
For the doctoral level:
- 36 months, available exclusively to first-year doctoral students who are first-time applicants and does not allow for a joint supervision agreement;
- 12 to 18 months, depending on the year of enrollment, for all candidates, including those already pursuing their doctorate under co-supervision or joint supervision:
- Up to 12 months for those enrolled in the 2nd or 3rd year of their doctorate;
- Up to 18 months for those enrolled in the 1st or 2nd year of their doctorate.
- Eligibility criteria

Nationality
This program is open exclusively to candidates of foreign nationality. Dual-nationality candidates, one of whose nationalities is French, are not eligible.
Geographical situation
At the Master¡¯s level, candidates currently studying in France are ineligible.
At the Doctoral level, priority is given to students studying abroad over those already residing in France.
Age
At the Master's level, candidates must be no older than 27 at the time of the 2025 application selection; in other words, they must have been born after March 1997.
At the Doctoral level, candidates must be no older than 32 at the time of the 2025 application selection; in other words, they must have been born after March 1992.
Combination of scolarships
International students who are already receiving a French government scholarship under a different program at the time of application are not eligible, even if the scholarship only covers social security.
Additionally, applications from students whose files were not selected in a previous selection round are not admissible, even if the application is submitted by a different institution or in a different field of study.
Applications from students who have already received an Eiffel scholarship at the Master¡¯s level are not eligible for that same level.

Step 1: Pre-selection of candidates by UCA starting in October 2024
First, you must contact the person in charge of the program you are interested in to submit your study project and scholarship application. During this process, you need to demonstrate your level of excellence by providing the following documents: your transcripts from the last three years, recommendation letters, your rank in your most recent class, your CV, your written professional project, your language certificate or diploma, any distinctions, a photocopy of your passport, and any other documents requested for this application.
Step 2: before Friday, Decmber 6, 2024
If your application is pre-selected, the program coordinator will complete your Eiffel scholarship application. It will then be processed by the institution's International Relations Department and subsequently by Campus France. Please note, starting from December 6, 2024, no further student applications will be accepted or reviewed by UCA.
Step 3: the first week of April 2025
