On 28 June 2024, the ARTEMIS European University project led by a consortium of eight institutions with the Clermont Auvergne University as coordinator, was selected by the European Commission as a ‘European University’ initiative and received co-funding of �8.64 million for four years.

The 88th edition of the Thessaloniki International Fair, one of Greece’s most significant international events, took place from 7 to 11 September 2024. With Germany as the honored country, the fair served as the backdrop for a significant advancement in ARTEMIS's academic collaboration.
