The different steps to prepare your internship and/or study abroad mobility

Participate in the International Mobility Day (JMI)

he beginning of the academic year is an ideal time to reflect on your plans for the following year. Mobility can take place starting from the second year for studies and from the first year for internships. The earlier you start the process, the smoother your mobility experience will be.

Meet with your teachers

Before taking any further steps, you must meet with the heads of your program or department (medicine, law, literature, etc.) within your faculty.
They will guide you on whether your internship can be recognized as part of your academic program through an internship agreement or not.

An internship mobility is one that takes place within an organization through an official UCA internship agreement.

It is very important to understand the full range of options available in order to choose the most relevant mobility opportunity. Mobility must be prepared both from a personal, academic, and financial perspective.

I have found my internship : what should I do next?

Step 1 : The internship agreement request

Deadline: Check with the internship office at your school, department, or institute.

Once you have found your internship, you need to make a preliminary request for the internship agreement. An internship must be officially agreed upon to be recognized by the International Relations and Francophonie Office.
For all the necessary information regarding the agreement procedure, please contact the internship office within your department.

Step 2 : Le formulaire MoveON

The "MoveON" form allows you to create an online application for an outgoing mobility program as part of an internship abroad. This step is mandatory and digital. The link to the form is available through your Student Portal (ENT).

Upon your arrival at the host organization

When you arrive at your host organization, be sure to send the arrival certificates to your contact at your faculty in France. These certificates will allow the validation and payment of AMI, Erasmus, or Regional Council scholarships.

Upon your return to France

Once you return to France, don't forget to submit the signed certificates of attendance again, carefully checking the dates and ensuring that the same dates are indicated on all certificates.
As a reminder, these dates must be accurate. Students participating in an Erasmus mobility must also retake the online test on the OLS platform and submit the final report on their stay.
