DUEF / DULFS Pre-registration

Pre-registration only applies to candidates who need to apply for a student VISA.

Pre-registration dates for the first semester of 2025-2026 :

Dates for DUEF : from March 24th to June, 29th 2025

Dates for DULFS: from March 24th to May, 30th 2025


Required documents for DUEF :

  • Curriculum Vitae (in French or English)
  • Cover letter (in French or English)
  • Copy of passport
  • Copy of high school diploma (equivalent to the French baccalauréat) with its certified translation into French
  • Payment receipt of the non-refundable pre-registration fees (110 euros), deductible from the administrative registration (pre-registration fee payment tutorial)
  • Copies of diplomas and their certified translations into French (if applicable)

Required documents for DULFS :

  • Curriculum Vitae (in French or English)
  • Cover letter (in French or English)
  • Copy of passport
  • Copy of high school diploma (equivalent to the French baccalauréat) with its certified translation into French
  • Academic transcripts following a high school diploma (at a minimum, transcripts from the first two years of a bachelor's degree in the same field as the requested DULFS), along with their certified translation into French.
  • French language certificate at the B1 level
  • Copies of diplomas and their certified translations into French (if applicable)

Procedure

1. Once you have submitted your application on the e-Candidat platform, the school's office will examine your file.
2. You may be asked to provide additional documents to complete your file. For DULFS applications, the file, if complete, is examined by the teaching staff, who may decide to interview you prior to selection.
3. Once your application has been approved, you will receive an admission letter and your pre-registration certificate by e-mail.

Administrative registration

Administrative registrations is carried out remotely by e-mail, for both students who have already pre-registered and obtained their visa and students already in France.
